Shipping policy
On our website, delivery of Loma jewellery is free of charge with no minimum order amount. All products are shipped from Ponte nelle Alpi (BL), Italy, and will be delivered to the address specified in the order.
We will do our best to ensure the following estimated delivery times from receipt of payment:
Items in stock will be delivered within 8/10 business days from receipt of payment;
Made-to-order items will be delivered within 45/60 business days from receipt of payment.
If the User makes the purchase by credit card, please allow one additional business day on top of the normal shipping times due to administrative procedures.
In the case of orders consisting of multiple items, the order will be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise specified.
If the User receives a damaged parcel, they are invited to add the following wording to the shipping document: “I accept the parcel subject to further checks because it is damaged.” The User is also kindly asked to notify us immediately by email of the conditional acceptance.
If the courier refuses to allow the reservation for further checks to be indicated, the User is invited to refuse delivery. The User should kindly notify us of the refusal by email.
All our shipments are insured and will be provided with a tracking number. Once the order has been shipped and registered by our courier, the User will receive a tracking number by email.
The purchase invoice will be sent to the email address used when the order was shipped.
