What materials do you use?

Our jewelry is crafted from select precious materials, such as gold, silver, and natural stones. Each piece is handcrafted in our goldsmith's workshop.

Every LOMA product is the result of experience and tradition: we combine classic goldsmith techniques with contemporary designs, inspired by the Dolomites.

Can I ask for the size to be tightened or changed?

Yes. The sizes available on the website are those that can definitely be made and adapted for our ring, bracelet, and necklace models.

For some special creations or specific requests, it may be necessary to contact us directly to discuss a custom creation or personalized modification.

We therefore recommend that you contact us before purchasing: we will be happy to help you find the perfect solution.

Do you make custom jewelry?

Our goldsmith's workshop can create custom jewelry or make alterations upon request. Each project is handled with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Each piece of jewelry is shipped in elegant, protective packaging, perfect as a gift. Attention to detail is part of the LOMA experience.

Order preparation generally takes 1–4 business days.

Once shipped, the product will be delivered in Italy within 2–10 business days, depending on the destination and the courier's delivery times.

In case of a size change request or for custom-made products, delivery times may be longer.
